The couple in love Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor doesn’t seem to leave a single opportunity to be together. This time they were seen at the special screening of Bachna Ae Haseeno at Fame. Other celebs were Tushar Kapoor, Masumi, Sonu Sood, Shilpa Saklani, Booby Darling, Gaurav Kapoor with girlfriend Narayani.

During an interview Kareena claimed about her Dream Role: "I don't have any dream role, but it will be a dream come true to work with Karishma, and share the same frame with her.I am sure it will happen one day"

In a strategic move, hi-profile celebrities and real life lovers Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan will be performing for their first solo show in Sharjah. The deal marks Kareena and Saif's venture into doing shows apart from the films and endorsements together. Bringing Kareena and Saif together for live performance was the brainwave of Morani brothers who are going to script and direct Jashan 2008 to be held at the Sharjah Stadium in Dubai. "Kareena has a huge fan following in Dubai. So has Saif! When the Moranis approached them to come together for a show, the first of its kind, both, Kareena and Saif were thrilled! They agreed instantly," said a source. The only other star to join the duo for the show will be Minnisha Lamba. The three stars will make solo entries. Besides the solo acts, Kareena and Saif will be performing together too. Kareena said, "I am very excited because this is for the first time that Saif and I will be performing together on stage."

The news on the air that the bollywood hot couple Saif Ali Khan and his lovely girlfriend talented and sultry actress Kareena signed an advert for shampoo Head & Shoulders. Says a source, "Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are the new 'hot' couple. They've been paid a whopping amount for coming together for these two brands. They will shoot for the Head & Shoulders ad soon. Kareena is only there for a brief second in Saif's latest shampoo ad but any brand that has them both on board will eventually use them together. “Do Kareena’s photo on your arm”, this was a man-to-man advice from Hollywood hunk Sylvester Stallone to ‘Chote Nawab’ Saif Ali Khan, who has already got Kareena’s name tattooed on his forearm. Stallone has his wife Jennifer Flavin`s face tattooed on his arm and advised Saif to do the same, while having a heart-to-heart chat with the actor on the sets of Kareena-Akshay starrer ‘Kambakht Ishq’, in which he is doing a cameo role. Saif was visiting girlfriend Bebo on the sets and to his happy surprise, he discovered that he had a lot of things common with the Hollywood actor including tattoos. Kareena admitted to the incident, saying that, “Saif met Stallone on the sets and got along like a house on fire. While Saif has my name on his forearm, Stallone has his wife Jennifer Flavin`s face tattooed on his arm. And the Hollywood actor told Saif to do the same with my photo on his arm.” But Kareena felt that this was going too far and staunchly opposed the idea. “I told Saif, `No way`. It`s very painful and it`s enough he has my name on his forearm.” Kareena laughed off the rumours about Saif being upset over Sylvester-Kareena kiss. She said it was ‘just a peck on the cheek’. Talking about Stallone, Kareena added, “He is a very interesting and a sexy man. He has great body, for his age. He told me that he`s heard that I am the best actress in India so I told him to watch a DVD of Jab We Met and Omkara.” When asked whether Bebo would like to have her Saifu’s tattoo on her arm, she steered clear of the ‘tattoo’ business and said, “Saif is against tattoos on women. Even I think women shouldn`t. They should be pure and clean.” Smart move to ward off unnecessary pain, Bebo!

Kareena Kapoor has finally improved her acting as well as her sense of style. She looked really ugly and annoying in her previous movies like Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai, Khushi, Jeena Sirf Mere Liye, Mujhse Dosti Karoge, Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon and all those countless movies where she hammed her best. She was such an over-actor. I was really surprised when I saw her in Omkara and then Jab We Met where she acted really really well, of course not hamming even once. Surprisingly in both the movies she wasn’t caked with makeup and those huge ugly lips with purple lipstick. Looks like Kareena has finally joined Bollywood’s glam league.

Vivek Oberoi and Kareena look good together and attracted lots of appreciation among teenage lovers. Kyon Ki... (2005) .... Dr. Tanvi Khurana If real-life medicos looked anywhere near this hot, clinics would be the town's most-happening places. Recently the hot and happening couple of Bollywood Saif-Kareena shot for KYA AAP PAANCHVI PAAS SE TEZ HAIN. It is heard that the star couple will appear in the show and whatever amount they win will be donated for a charity of their choice. The date of telecast is not yet finalized. Even after she's achieved the perfect body, Kareena Kapoor continues to be obsessed with losing weight, now keeping to a diet of cabbage, apple. A source confirms, "She has been eating things like cabbage and apple. They fill you up but give you zero calories. She has not been eating healthy food at all especially since she knew that she had to wear a bikini in Tashan." Her trainer Payal Gidwani adds, "She had to cut down on her favourite Chinese and Thai food, as it was not good for her workouts. At the same time, Kareena could eat plenty of curd and fruits, which is her own healthy concoction." But she added that Kareena was eating regularly and was healthy. However our source has another story to say. "It's been liquids for her. Also a lot of other food that are diuretics that won't give her any body mass but keep her energy high. It's no wonder then that she's been constantly fainting when she's had to film for long hours." On an average one medium sized apple has 72 calories and 0.2g fat and one cup chopped cabbage has 22 calories and 0.1 gm fat. So if we assume that she eats three apples and three cups of cabbage her total calorific intake is 282 calories and 0.9gm. Normally an individual with an active lifestyle like hers has recently been with constant filming across the world she would be advised to follow a diet of a minimum of 1800 calories per day. Another friend of the popular actress reveals that the actress' obsession with her figure is now beginning to worry her friends and family. "Her mum has been trying to explain to her to stop this diet now and eat properly. But she just won't listen. She is obsessed about her diet. And it's worrying her close ones. Even Saif who is fond of good food and different cuisines is having a hard time getting through to her," says the friend. And while Kareena has vehemently denied being anorexic, her extremely thin frame and her weight - 48 kgs - aren't helping matters!

“It was a must for Kareena to do 50 Surya Namaskars in one session. Sometimes, she would do 100 with variations,” says Payal. She further adds, “She had to hold a posture for 25-30 seconds and do repetitions depending on her endurance, energy and stamina levels.” “She is extremely sincere, dedicated, disciplined and focused. That is why she is so successful today,” says Payal, in praise of the actress. It is a well-known fact that Kareena is a complete foodie with Chinese being her favourite cuisine. “She had to cut down on her favourite Chinese and Thai food, as it was not good for her workouts. At the same time, Kareena could eat plenty of curd and fruits, which is her own healthy concoction,” she reveals. To make sure that Kareena did not skip her workouts, Payal or her colleagues accompanied her to her shoots. “Kareena does not skip her workouts understand any circumstances. The sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on her energy levels. We start with a warm up, followed by Surya Namaskar and then focus on any two body parts. The cool down includes meditation and Pranayam,” adds the trainer. Talking about Kareena’s favourite exercises, she says, “Kareena loves to do leg and posture exercises, you can make her do multiple sets, but she hates abdomen and upper body exercises.” Ms. Gidwani reveals the postures that made Kareena super slim. Abs – Naukasana "Nauka" means "boat" in Sanskrit. It basically involves lying flat out on your abdomen and raising your hands and legs. The final position of this asana resembles a boat. Hence the name. Arms- Parvatsana Parvata means mountain. In this posture, the body is stretched to look like a mountain peak, and hence the name, parvatasana. Back- Bhujangasana In Sanskrit Bhujanga means Cobra. The final position of this Asana resembles the hooded snake. Bhujangasana, is rudimentary not only for the spine but for movement as an integrated whole. Bhujangasana is an essential pose for developing the strength and flexibility of the entire back, while toning the legs and buttocks, increasing circulation, and assisting in kidney function. Legs - Warrior Pose or Virabhadra This pose is named after the mythic warrior-sage, Virabhadra. This challenging pose strengthens the entire body while improving mental capacity and self control. It builds, shapes and tones the entire lower body. It tones the abdominal section and helps to prevent, reduce and eliminate back pain. The entire upper body -front and back- is worked and doing this pose increases the capacity of the respiratory system Cooling Down: Danurasana In Sanskrit, ‘Dhanus’ connotes ‘bow’. Thus, Dhanurasana refers to that yogic exercise where your body will resemble a tightly drawn bow. Your trunk and thighs will be akin to the bent portion of the bow while your lower legs and the stretched arms will resemble the firm bowstring. Paschimottasana Literally translated as "intense stretch of the west," Paschimottanasana can help a distracted mind unwind. Paschima means west, and Uttana means to stretch. Stretching both the legs straight on the ground and holding with arms the two big toes one should stay (in this position) with" one’s forehead placed on one’s knee. Anuloma Viloma Pranayam. Simply translated, Anuloma- Viloma means breathing through alternate nostrils, one after another, not simultaneously. It is also sometimes referred to as the Nadi Shodaka pranayama, that which manipulates the flow of energy in the body channels and brings about a balance of both stimulation and relaxation. Payal’s other clients include Rani Mukerji and Zoa Maurani. Saif and Kareena want the best for each other and share everything, so it is not surprise that Payal has started training Saif as well.

So, is this a mere controversy cooking up or Kareena Kapoor’s jealousy taking a toll on her ethics and values? It is known fact that Saif Ali Khan was hitting big time on Bips before she shoved him away and Kareena became his apple of the eye during the shooting of Tashan. Today I’ve already reached the Rs 3.5 crore package and I hope to work and earn more in the coming years. While Kareena Kapoor is looking stunning these days, she seems to be taking the 'living on love and fresh air' bit a tad too seriously. According to a source, the actress who sports a bikini in Tashan, her next big film, was so intent on looking ab-solutely perfect in the two-piece swimsuit that she didn't eat for some days before the sequence was shot in Greece. But the gruelling shooting schedule and an orange juice-only diet look its toll and the actress collapsed on the sets sparking health concern, says the unit member who was on location but who does not wish to be identified. Kareena who is at present holidaying in London with boyfriend Saif was not available for comment but our source says the actress brushed aside the minor health scare and resumed shooting within hours. Recently even Shah Rukh Khan found himself dehydrated while shooting for the 'Dard-e-disco' song in Om Shanti Om because he did not want even an ounce of extra weight to mar his six-pack ab. Kareena who has whittled down to less than 48 kgs and Scarlett 'O Haraesque proportions with a 23-inch waist, has raised concern about anorexia, but the actress insists that she is healthy and has credited Yoga and balanced eating to her weight-loss. Meanwhile Saif Ali Khan may be prodding her to eat better and put on some weight, but one guy who is happy with her new figure is Tashan producer Aditya Chopra who texted her complimenting her on her stunning look in the film and especially the bikini sequence. 'You look like a goddess,' Chopra is said to have messaged Kareena while she was in Greece. From Aishwarya Rai and Bipasha Basu in Dhoom to Kareena Kapoor in Tashan, Chopra obviously likes a slim-fit for all his leading ladies.

To acquire this, Kareena has got onto the Swastik diet a diet of no meat, no carbs and no dairy products. Instead, she is into steamed foods and mostly vegetarian food. Right now she is fitter than me. How I wish I could get into those size zero dresses that she fits into so easily, but being a mother obviously I can’t follow her diet religiously." Bold and beautiful. We shoot in London, San Francisco and Delhi. My partner Dinesh Vijan chose the locations. You do want to spend as much time with Kareena as possible? Obviously. Look, she's shooting in Australia and I had two months off. So obviously I'd go to visit her.Or if she's doing an event in Andheri and I can join her, I will. I know people will talk about it. I don't care. Every relationship goes through a period of consolidation. We've been together for nine months. We both know how much we mean to each other. Broken by the failure of Tashan? Not at all. I liked the script. The role didn't end up the way I thought it would. It was edited quite a lot. As Aditya Chopra explained to me it was for the betterment of the film. But yeah, it was a disappointment. I won't pretend about that. Race was a hit. But it was a terrible film. Who cares what you think about it ? (laughs uproariously). It ran, and I was frowning throughout. A super-hit, that's nice. I enjoyed the wheel-dealer plot. But James Hadley Chase came and went 20 years ago. He's still a cool dude. I stand by Race. I stand by Tashan too. The director Victor, Akshay, Kareena and I shared a vision. It went wrong. The role was edited. Adi and I spoke about it. He said it was for the betterment of the narration. Were you convinced? Well….it has taken me a long time to get to the position of the main lead. And the man responsible for this in many ways is Adi Chopra who gave me Hum Tum and Salaam Namaste. I've always trusted Adi's judgement. But Akshay Kumar had all the punchy dialogues. You win some lose you lose some. I knew he had a stronger part. Our roles turned out different from what it was expected to. I really believed in the idea, and we all stood by it. Now let's see. It was great fun making the film and something really positive came out of it. What's that? I met Kareena during Tashan.That's enough for me. You seem to be inaccessible to a lot of producers who want to sign you. When I started out producers didn't understand the way I worked, and vice versa. A regular filmy set-up wasn't suited to me, not because of any snobbery but because I'm not at good improviser. I needed my script and lines so I could work on them. For so long I was comfortable in my kind of world …you know, Dil Chahta Hai, Hum Tum…. I was a little wary of the more old-school directors. I decided to venture out and try a cinema I thought I wouldn't be comfortable with. I worked with Abbas-Mastan. Today I'm open to working with anyone. But you are still very picky? Yes. Because no matter how many films you do you can't have more than 3-4 releases a year. So why do any more? Why did you opt out of Farhan Akhtar's Voice From The Sky? The dates and the finances weren't making sense. It's a great story. It's really sad that it didn't work out.

We are talking about Kareena Kapoor, who performed as the Goddess of Bollywood, at the IIFA awards in Bangkok. And of course also bagged the best actress award for her power house performance in Jab We Met. The actress has bagged the maximum number of awards this year for Jab We Met and of course, she is obviously excited about the superb reactions to her live performance that showed her making a grand entrance on a huge lotus and her Best Actress Award.. Kareena performed on three main songs apart from Dil hara and Chaliya from Tashan. "My act ended with Mauja hi mauja from Jab We Met, " says Kareena smiling. Kareena adds, "Manish designed some very colourful outfits. The entire act, I was told, came across as very sexy and glamorous." Praising Manish, Kareena says, "He has worked very hard on my costumes. He sat with the organizers, Wizcraft, and meticulously worked a theme and costume for every song." Kareena also credits Shiamak Davar for her creative act. "Shiamak, who has created the act has come up with a different colour and for every theme", exclaims Bebo. Kareena has no regrets about Tashan bombing at the box-office. She says, "My performance has been appreciated. In fact my look and style has started a trend of sorts and I am happy about that." And how does she feel about being the best actress of this year? "On top of the world, " beams Bebo. Meanwhile doomsayers have been busy writing and rewriting the obituary her romance with Chhote nawab who has been breathing down her neck for quite some time. Something similar happened at IIFA too, when Saif flew down from London to spend a few hours with Kareena and to see her perform on stage at the IIFA weekend. But alongside love there was jhagda as well. Tabloids are splashed with stories of how Saif had a fight with Kareena over her revealing dress at the event and how he cut short his visit and left back for London in a huff. But another version of the story says the tiff was not over Kareena’s dress but over Kareena’s insistence on Saif to stay back longer. A source close to the actor spills the beans, “Saif actually took a twelve hour flight just to spend three hours with Kareena at this recent award function. Apparently, he had planned this as a surprise for her. Bebo was caught unawares when he landed up and she couldn't stop smiling. In fact, he came all the way just to cheer for her performance and to clap for her because she received the Best Actress for Jab We Met. He's extremely proud of her and is very supportive of her work. In fact, all this nonsense about him being upset about a revealing outfit at the awards is rubbish. Manish Malhotra who has been designing for her for a long time has done the outfit and he was very much aware of what she was wearing. And c'mon, she has worn a bikini in Tashan, so what's the big deal over an outfit?" Kareena when contacted, true to fiery image, takes matters into hand and clarifies. Says Kareena, "Enough is enough. Why don't people check facts before writing? These stories are absolutely ridiculous and baseless. In fact, Saif came all the way to surprise me and I've never been happier." So all you rumor-mongers out there, you have heard it from the girl. Get over this.

"I've five film in various stages of production. Then I've nine endorsements for which I've to shoot ads round the year. Plus I've all these stage shows that require rehearsals. I can't seem to find the time to do anything properly," she laments from Melbourne where she's shooting for Salman Khan's Main Aur Mrs Khanna. She has in fact agreed to perform at IIFA in June and is rehearsing as she has never done. "I'm performing a medley of my songs from Jab We Met and Tashan. Gone are the days when I'd go on stage with just a little practice. Now I want to be my best in every stage performance." But where's the time! "Here, at Melbourne I'm rehearsing for IIFA at nights and shooting in the day time. Am I over-worked? I'm exhausted. But what choice do I have? I've decided to take my live performances as seriously as my movies and endorsement,"she says. She's currently Melbourne and will next move to Los Angeles for a long 40-day spell of shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala's Kambhakt Ishq "I'll be away from home for more than three months at a stretch. I miss home. I miss my family. I've never been so much out of Mumbai. I'll finish shooting here, then head to perform at the IIFA. In fact I'm working so hard I hardly get sleep. I'm shooting in the day time and I'm rehearsing during the night.I feel like a I haven't slept for ages." She'll join Saif in London for a week in London from June 20. Saif will be shooting in the city for his first home production to be directed by Imtiaz Ali. Yup, the same film that Deepika Padukone is doing instead of Kareena. And Deepika is seeing Kareena's star-cousin Ranbir. "I'm so happy for them. I hope they'll be happy together. It feels so nice to have another Kapoor from my generation doing so well. He was fantastic in Saawariya. He's here's to stay. I feel a sense of pride and belonging for him.The Kapoors and Khans are rocking the industry." No hard feelings about not being in Saif's first home production? "None at all," Bebo laughs. "I joked at the Stardust awards about not being in Saif's first production and everyone took it seriously. Honestly I enjoy meeting him outside Mumbai. At least we can have some privacy. At home me and Saif can't even go out for dinner without people staring at us, constantly judging our behaviour..."

Denying tabloid reports of differences with boyfriend Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor says she is madly in love with Saif and will marry him in three years. "Marriage will happen for sure.. but after three years," Kareena told HT in an interview. During the filming of Firoz Nadiadwala’s Fool And Final, Shahid managed to escape a very dangerous situation. Shahid was shooting a stunt that required him to be harnessed and the pulley holding him up snapped. Here’s what a source on site had said: It was a song sequence. There were 16 mounted pulleys and 120 men pulling up many dancers, including Shahid. Never before in the history of Indian cinema has such a dangerous and exciting dance sequence been picturised. While shooting, the left wire of Shahid’s pulley suddenly snapped. Luckily, he was not dreaming. He is very active and agile and immediately held on to the right wire of the pulley to balance himself. Shahid also has very big fear of heights, the source explains: The cloth had been hung so that Shahid would not feel the great height he was coming down from. Shahid has a vertigo problem and is scared of heights – just like Aamir Khan.When the cloth snapped, I almost fainted. There was a pulley holding Shahid from the top, and there was also a safety net below. I wondered how he would manage. Lekin ho gaya. Kareena was on the phone with him the whole time and she was in tears and very scared for Shahid: She was very scared and Ahmed kept assuring her that nothing would happen.
